Chinese Music

Dominique Tsai was born in Australia, educated in Shanghai, but got her big break as a singer in Taiwan. With both a distinctive lookand a uniquely raspy voice, Dominique made her debut at the age of 19 with the 2005 album UV Ray under Alfa Music, the same music label as Jay Chou .
